Method One. My Floor Plan Strategy.
Most investors walk past the best HMO deals on Rightmove every single day.
Not because the deals aren't there.
Because they look wrong.
Too small. Too narrow. Too much work. Too hard to see how you'd get six bedrooms out of something that currently has three.
I've built 35+ HMOs by buying exactly those properties.
The ones that looked impossible. The ones that had been sitting on the market for months because nobody could see what he could see.
This training shows you exactly what I see.
And more importantly. Exactly how to see it yourself.
✓ The 3.8 metre measurement I take at every single viewing before I do anything else. If the house clears that number I can almost always get six bedrooms out of a property most investors wouldn't look at twice. If it doesn't I've saved myself a wasted Saturday. Takes ten seconds. Most investors have never heard of it.
